Features
Our Mobile Banking app provides a wide variety of features that allow you to manage nearly all aspects of your personal banking and overall financial wellbeing. Features include:

Biometric Authentication
Biometric Authentication uses facial recognition technology to authenticate the user of the access device. Available for Apple and Android smartphone or tablet users, Biometric Authentication is a fast and secure alternative to using traditional login credentials for your Bankers Trust mobile banking app. While Biometric Authentication does not change the features you will have access to as a mobile banking user, all app users will still need to enter a username, password, and passcode at initial log in or to change your settings or conduct certain transactions. This is an added security measure to help protect your accounts against fraudulent activity.
Express Deposit
Save yourself a trip to the bank by depositing checks from your phone. Customers with the mobile banking app can deposit checks simply by taking a photo. Deposits must be submitted by 6 p.m. Central Time to be processed the same business day. See Terms and Conditions for standard deposit limits.
Card Controls
Card controls allow you to take your security to the next level, by giving you access to choose how you restrict or allow access to your Bankers Trust debit cards. Managed through your mobile banking app, card controls let you turn your card on or off and set preferences for spending limits, locations where the card can be used and more. Business Mobile Positive Pay
Review and approve check issues and decision exception items. Positive Pay reduces fraud by validating checks presented to your account and automatically matches items against your check-issued file. Please note: You must be registered for Positive Pay services to access this feature.
Business Mobile Approvals
Approve time-sensitive transactions from your mobile device. The Bankers Trust Mobile Banking app for businesses supports 30 types of approvals, including wire, ACH, templates, transfers and more.

With Bankers Trust Mobile Banking App, you’ll also receive access to a number of tools that help you manage and track your finances. These include:
Online Documents
Reduce your paper consumption and increase your account security with Bankers Trust’s online documents, which include account statements, notices on rate changes or overdrafts, and tax forms.
To adjust your statement preferences, simply log in to Internet Banking, choose “Accounts” and under “Online Documents” change your delivery method from “Paper” to “Online.”
Bill Pay
Our Bill Pay service lets you send money from your checking account to a creditor or vendor online. When set up, you’ll be able to send money from your checking account to pay bills, such as your credit card, loans or a public utility. You’ll also be able to set up automatic payments, receive e-bills, add payees, edit or cancel payments, view payment histories and more.
Credit Score
View your credit score and understand the factors that influence it with Credit Insights. You will be able to review and refresh your credit score and detailed credit report daily without impacting your credit score, allowing you to manage your credit score anytime and anywhere.
Spending Insights
View personalized insights and advice based on your Bankers Trust account transactions and balance history to better understand your financial behavior, including customized analyses and recommendations.
- Changes to subscription fees, reminders when a subscription service will likely automatically renew, or if you’re enrolled in similar subscriptions
- Identify unusual, new or duplicate online transactions and transfers
- Charges after a free trial
Look for ‘Insights’ after the accounts listing in your Internet and Mobile Banking.
Budgeting Tools
Easily manage your finances and track expenses by category from one place online. Use the Accounts tool to link and view all of your bank accounts, investments, and real estate in one place. Track your net worth and see your total financial picture.

Logging Into the Mobile App
For first time users of the Bankers Trust mobile banking app, you will be able to set up your mobile banking account directly from your smartphone. Open the app and follow the prompts to set up your app and get started!
Please note: If you already have an Internet Banking account with Bankers Trust, you will use the same username and password to log in to your mobile app.

What if I don’t have a supported smartphone?
If the Bankers Trust app is not available for your smartphone, you can still enjoy the convenience of online banking by logging into Internet Banking from BankersTrust.com on a mobile web browser.
Is mobile banking secure?
Yes, the mobile banking service utilizes best practices from online banking, such as HTTPS, 128-bit SSL encryption, password access and application time-out when your mobile device is not in use. Only the mobile devices that you personally enroll in the service can access your accounts. In addition, no account data is ever stored on your mobile device. In the event your mobile device is lost or stolen, the service can be immediately disabled by either going online to the mobile banking enrollment website or calling Bankers Trust.
