We’re Invested in Strengthening Our Communities
It’s easy for banks to say they’re committed to making communities stronger. Actually doing it means rolling up your sleeves and getting to work. That’s what we do at Bankers Trust. We live by our Core Value of Community every day, both by giving of our time and treasure. Why do we do this? It’s simple. This is home. We love it here, and we want to be a part of helping our community grow and thrive.
Bankers Trust Core Value: Community
We will strive to be the best corporate citizen by supporting diverse community organizations, both financially and through employee volunteerism. We invest in the community by nurturing and encouraging growth, stability and continued success.

Volunteerism
Volunteerism has long been an important part of Bankers Trust’s culture. With each team member volunteering an average of 30 hours per year, we’re annually investing tens of thousands of hours in our communities. This happens through opportunities such as hygiene and food drives, packaging meals, tending to the Bankers Trust Giving Garden, reading to kids and helping build houses.
We provide Volunteer Time Off so employees can get involved in causes that are important to them, and many of them go a step further by serving on nonprofit boards and committees. No matter how team members contribute, we all have one thing in common – we’re ready to make a difference.
